Cuttack: The Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court here today deferred the hearing on the petition filed by Ollywood actor Varsha Priyadarshini accusing her husband actor turned politician and Kendrapada BJD MP, Anubhav Mohanty of domestic violence.
The Court deferred the hearing to October 12 as the Protection Officer had not submitted the Domestic Incident Report (DIR) to the Court, informed Varsha’s counsel Ram Krushna Rath briefing reporters outside the SDJM Court premises here.
