Taking care of your emotional health during lockdown

This lockdown has make us heavy with an inundation of emotions and mental , psychological breakdown , leading is towards a disastrous life. During the whole period , since the time being we have confined ourselves within the four walls of our house, our minds are blocked seeking job pressure , stress, tension and less hope from life. This ultimate affects our mental health and physical health too.

The whole lockdown brought us either with no work routine or work from home criteria of work . We are barred from surrounding and nature which limited our thoughts and ultimately towers our thinking strenght- strenght to think positive and creating a positive hope in mind.

It’s just that you need to be calm and composed and held up high spirits to lead a positive life. Noting has changed if you slightly change your way of thinking.

Stress and tension won’t reduce your problem but lowers your positive thinking power and find out a better solution and help to tackle your problems. There are few tips to which will help you to stay calm and keep your mind balanced.

  1. Take breaks: Give yourself break from checking the news . Seek out positive news when you can .
  2. Practice focussing on positive events.
  3. Stay in touch with friends and family.
  4. Make healthy choices : Exercising , eating healthy foods and getting a good night sleep can support overall health.
  5. Find out time to relax.
  6. Create a plan : Set goals for yourself with a daily or weekly routine.
