Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 cases continue to surge in Odisha as 1341 new cases were detected in the last 24 hours in Odisha, reported I&PR Department.
As of Tuesday morning, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the State surged to 48,796. While 15,427 of these are active cases, so far, 33,020 people have been recovered.
Of the new cases that are spread over 29 districts, the highest of 227 cases are from Ganjam, followed by 218 in Khordha, 91 in Sundargarh and 83 in Bhadrak.
