Three shaktipeeth of our state makes a golden triangle of women empowerment.In Bhadrak,it’s MAA Vadra kali,in Jajpur it’s MAA Biraja,in Keonjhar ghatagown it’s MAA Tarini.The above picture is just middle of the triangle.From here panikoeli is 40km, Bhadrak is 40kms and ghatagown is allso just 40kms.
Long ago,there were plenty of bamboo bushes .The excess rainwater cross the bush with a sweet ‘kala kala’ sound and goes to river BAITARANI.Which is also called as punyataya budha baitarani.So, people named that place as baunsanali.
Baunsanali water reservoir project started in the year 1984.Govt released funds to complete it by in 3 to 4 phase.But it was not completed within the stipul;ated time.So the estimate cost increases day by day.After 1999,the political scenario changed in Odisha.So,the next generation leaderhip simply boycott the previous ones dream project and BAUNSANALI project is no differnce.
When it was started, Department of water resources acquired 33acers of land for this water reservoir.Now some land mafias manipulated some datas and taken some land from the government khata to their names.In this conspiracy some ghasipura tahasil staff are also involved.One ex supervisor,one junior clerk also taken 10 to 12decimal of land in their names.So the people of the near village demands a free and fair enquiry of the land dalali.And to develop the BAUNSANALI Project.It will enhance the ecotourism.
