ROURKELA: The family of local singer Sanjay Tanti (43), who died at Rourkela Government Hospital due to influenza like illness (ILI), on Saturday alleged he was denied treatment by several hospitals here owing to Covid-19 fear. This despite the fact that Tanti had tested negative for the virus.
“His wife Blamed in a video that Report came He is Corona Negative & suffering from Typhoid.So we went to hospitals for his treatment & But the Leading Hospitals Denied to do the treatment & also didn’t allow us to do his Admission. Which is very Unprofessional & Unfortunate & Not acceptable.”
RJ Guru from Big FM shown his reaction by his facebook post where he mentioned his worries about the process and rules followed by our hospitals are not at all acceptable.
