Bhubaneswar: Five Anganwadi Centres of Kalahandi district were conferred with ISO Certificate for quality improvement in integrated Anganwadi services.
The centres are Lanjigarh Road 2, Jodabandh, Kendubardi (Nand Ghar), Kansari (Nand Ghar) and Basantapada (Nand Ghar). Their certification was in the following scope:
“Development to improve quality of services in early childhood education, improved maternal-child health care at doorsteps, improved nutrition outcomes and sustainable skill livelihood for women.”
The Department of Women & Child Development and Mission Shakti (WCD &MS) of the Odisha Government shared the update. The tweet said that these Anganwadi centres have set a new benchmark in quality service delivery.
