Bhubaneswar: Veteran actor of Odia film industry, Ajit Das, has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been hospitalised.
Das is presently undergoing treatment at SUM COVID Hospital in Bhubaneswar and his health condition was reported to be stable.
Born on January 20, 1949, Das had started his journey in 1976 as an antagonist in the movie Sindura Bindu.
He has worked in dozens of movies and was also the former Head of the Department of Drama at Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya.
