Bhubaeswar: Senior Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader and former Minister Debi Prasad Mishra has tested positive for COVID-19. Sharing the matter on social media, Mishra, MLA of Baramba said that he was keeping healthy. ‘I have no symptoms. My temprature and oxygen level is fine,” he wrote on the social media post.
“Since yesterday, I am in home isolation. My driver has tested positive. But all other staff and family members are negative for COVID-19,” the senior BJD leaders said.
Mishra mentioned that he is diabetic and is in constant consultation with doctors. The veteran legislator is discharging duties over phone and has requested people not to contact him for petty matters for a few days.
